2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees and owners of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period. The giveaway begins [start date] at 12:00 AM ET and ends [end date] at 11:59 PM ET. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter. Complete the entry form at bareskintattooremoval.com/giveaway. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Following, liking, commenting, tagging or sharing on social media is not required and does not count as an entry.

5. Bonus entries. An entrant earns 1 bonus entry for each eligible person who enters and names that entrant in the "Who sent you?" field, up to 5 bonus entries per entrant. Bonus entries are counted only through the form.

6. Prize. One (1) winner receives six (6) PicoWay® laser tattoo removal sessions for one tattoo up to Medium size (under 9 square inches). Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,400. Each session is performed by a licensed APRN.

• The prize becomes available when Sponsor opens for business, expected in late 2026. The first session must take place within 12 months of opening, and all six sessions within 18 months of the first session. Unused sessions are forfeited.

• The prize covers one tattoo only. Additional tattoos and any sessions beyond six are available at Sponsor's standard pricing.

• The winner must complete a consultation and medical screening before treatment. If the treating provider determines the selected tattoo cannot safely be treated, the winner may apply the prize to another tattoo up to Medium size, or to a 6-session eyebrow removal bundle. If neither is suitable, Sponsor will award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

• Results vary, and full removal is not guaranteed. The prize has no cash value and is non-transferable. It cannot be combined with other offers, including the waitlist discount. The winner is responsible for any taxes.

7. Winner selection. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 2 days after the entry period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner notification. Sponsor will notify the winner by email and phone. The winner must respond within 72 hours and sign a prize acceptance form. If the winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected at random.

9. Publicity. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce their first name, last initial and city. Photos or videos of the winner will be used only with the winner's separate written consent.

10. Entrant information. By entering, you agree to join the Bare Skin waitlist and receive email updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. Text messages are sent only if you separately opt in. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

11. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, automated, or made in violation of these rules. If the giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify or cancel it and award the prize from eligible entries received before that point. Entrants release Sponsor from liability for any claims arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, except as prohibited by law. These rules are governed by Florida law.

12. Winner's name. To request the winner's name, email hello@bareskintattooremoval.com within 60 days after the giveaway ends.

13. Platform release. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability related to this promotion.
