These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bare Skin Tattoo Removal website at bareskintattooremoval.com and your engagement with our services. By accessing our website or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Bare Skin Tattoo Removal LLC provides laser tattoo removal and permanent makeup removal services in Lakeland, Florida using the Candela PicoWay® picosecond laser system. All treatments are performed by a licensed clinical professional under appropriate medical supervision.

Results from laser tattoo removal vary depending on factors including tattoo size, ink colors, ink depth, skin tone, and individual healing response. We do not guarantee complete removal or any specific outcome. Session estimates provided at consultation are good-faith projections and not contractual guarantees.

Consultations

Free consultations are available in person or by photo submission. Consultations are informational only and do not constitute a clinical relationship or commitment to treatment. A formal treatment plan is established at your first appointment after clinical intake is completed.

Appointments and Cancellations

A valid credit or debit card on file is required to hold all appointments. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee to the card on file.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including in cases where treatment is contraindicated for clinical or safety reasons.

Payment

Bare Skin Tattoo Removal is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance. Accepted payment methods include all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and approved patient financing through Cherry Technologies. Payment is due at the time of service.

Package pricing and financing terms are confirmed at consultation and in your service agreement. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in your individual service agreement.

Prepaid Packages and Complete Removal Packages

Complete Removal Packages are prepaid service agreements covering unlimited sessions until the treated tattoo is fully removed, as determined by our clinical team. These packages are subject to the terms of the client service agreement you sign prior to your first treatment, which includes applicable disclosures required under Florida law.

If you have questions about cancellation rights or refund eligibility for prepaid packages, please contact us before purchasing.

SMS and Marketing Communications

By submitting your phone number through our website forms and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Bare Skin Tattoo Removal, including appointment reminders, waitlist updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase our services or book an appointment.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Bare Skin Tattoo Removal is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier as a result of receiving our text messages.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and to opt in to receive text messages from Bare Skin Tattoo Removal.

Waitlist and Giveaways

Joining our waitlist entitles you to a $50 discount on your first session, subject to availability and confirmation at time of booking. This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Giveaway promotions are subject to their own terms posted at the time of each promotion. Giveaway prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. Winner eligibility is verified by Bare Skin Tattoo Removal at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on bareskintattooremoval.com — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Bare Skin Tattoo Removal LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bare Skin Tattoo Removal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
